Furnishings a bit tired

If anyone is staying you should know there is only a costa coffee or McDonald's for food.
Remember to bring some spare tea or coff but there is probably more if requested. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bath needs some attention around the plus as its very rusty. The view was exceptional across the lakes with lots of house martins nesting in the eves.

Modern hotel, clean, comfortable, well appointed, helpful staff. By the motorway services, but the rooms set down behind for quiet.
