This property is unbelievably beautiful and comfortable. Easy on street parking and close to the sea front and good restaurants. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend staying and experiencing Victorian living at its best.

Fabulous Victorian B&B, decorated in original period style with amazing collections! Very comfortable and a wonderful place! Well-appointed rooms and beautiful garden! Superb location in the historic neighbourhood of St. Leonard's-on-Sea. Will definitely be back!

What a unique property and experience. The property is a feast for the eyes. Warm welcome, great breakfast and a stay completely immersed in Victorian-a. We loved our stay in Mr Parry’s rooms.
