Great place and very convenient to restaurants and shops.

Limited kitchenware; a kitchen knife would have been good. Generally comfortable and functional but with an ambiance more like a hospital waiting room. Not much happening nearby; restaurants and attractions a bit of a hike.

We were actually accommodated at a different property at last minute due to a problem in our room that could not be fixed in time. Communication about the change was effective and helpful.
Alternative accommodation was excellent but not quite as well located as Casa San Mateo.

Very nice apartment, 5 mins walk from the Mezquita-Cathedral. Kitchen is furnished and allows to cook basic dishes, a free baby’s bed was provided for our child. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and were upgraded to a 2 bedrooms which was really appreciated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!
