The onsen at the hotel was a great way to relax after a long day sightseeing. The amenities and comfortable beds also helped with making our stay a relaxing and enjoyable one.

It was my families first time in Kyoto and we loved this hotel. Very clean, and very close to the station as well as 7-Eleven and local restaurants.

Simply an amazing stay at this hotel! Beautiful and definitely an upper class experience. Not sure why only 3 stars, I would rate this as 5. Clean, conveniently located next to a train station and other restaurants and shops. The shower was amazing! The shower pressure was perfect after a full day of walking. They could use a few more hanging options for towels to dry, but otherwise was a perfect stay. We had two rooms, one for us parents and one for our teenagers, 15 and 16. This provided more than enough space for us. We used the laundry facilities and bath house. Food on sight, lower level. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time here. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Everything was great. I’ll definitely stay here again
