If I were being picky , I could mention the fact that this property is well kept and very clean . Other than the laundry service missed a few hairs . That is so insignificant; I was wowed by the staff management and the room concierges . This Hotel is so wonderful anytime I’m in this area again I will stay there . Breakfast will get your day right . And the staff will get you safety and sleep right . Loved my stay .

Only there for a night, but I stay in various Holiday Inns for work on a monthly basis. This was one of the better ones I've stayed in thus far. Staff was very nice and attentive, and the rooms were were in, were very clean and comfortable. Thanks guys

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good.
Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room.
Needing an id for every person staying in the room excessive!
Last time we stay there’s if this corporate policy last time we stay in any IHG hotels.
