We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is absolutely ideal—so close to local shops, restaurants, the beach, and the water buses straight into Venice.
Edoardo was the perfect host. Ahead of our arrival, he sent a friendly WhatsApp introduction with all the details we needed for a late check-in, including a video showing us exactly how to enter the hotel and room. The room was compact, but very comfortable and modernised.The complimentary morning coffee and juice was a highly welcomed and lovely way to start the day.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

It was a nice and comfartable place. Always coffe or tea available. Good situated towards beach and vaporettos. Pasticceria and osteria on your doorstep.

Absolutely loved my stay here, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the property was clean and in a good location.
