Palais Juliana is a bit faraway from the city center. More a business than a vacation place. The hotel could use some renovation. Limited dining services.
Transfer included from and to the airport is convenient, as well as the possibility of a free shuttle around Luang Prabang.

A short ride into town with hotel shuttle, and the grounds were beautifully lush and tropical. Beautiful large swimming pool.
