Front desk staff were stiff and not friendly they were very businesslike, in their difference I think the English language may have been the barrier.
Room service staff was friendly.
Air conditioning worked very oddly, not cooling and would shut off on its own.
The room that I was in had a blackout blind that was not retractable.

Right beside the station, great food (buffet breakfast) and clean room.
Highly recommend this place.

Overall is a good stay for my 5 nights in busan. Located just beside busan station which make us more convenient on train & subways. No complain on the hotel just that the dryers are not working
