I absolutely loved staying here! The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was very spacious and nice, and the location was very convenient. The kitchenette was quite nicely set up, and the washing machine was a key feature. My only issue was the fact that the room had a big sliding glass door, which is poor for soundproofing. There was quite a bit of noise from the highway. I think there is not an easy solution for this, but if you bring some earplugs to help you sleep, you will have a lovely time here.

The stay was absolutely great! I had previously stayed at the Hakata location, and the Shin-Nihonbashi branch maintained the same excellent quality. It’s super convenient having a washer, an IH stove, and simple cooking utensils in the room. The staff's customer service was also top-notch.
