The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10.
The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault.
The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Location is excellent too.

Kind staff and a lovely secluded private poolside cottage in the middle of French Quarter.
