W got a room with 2 bunk beds which was great and really big. Also the room was so nicely cold compared to the heat wave outside. Also great location

Room was not cleaned one of the days (last day out of 6).
Sink was completely clogged up.
While taking shower water leaked through the door and completely wetted floor.
Coffee cups were never cleaned. No tea or coffee, no sugar or cream in the room. No instructions for how to get drinking water.
Request Expedia to ask hotel for partial refund.

Good room. Operable windows. Fridge. Heater - you can adjust it. Water got on the floor when taking a shower. Housekeeping came daily. The fire alarm went off twice. Not sure why. It was going for awhile. Bed was comfortable. Good staff. Helpful. I appreciated that it was staffed 24/7 making it safer and it just made more sense. Location is elite. The street is sometimes closed so taxis have to stop at corner and you walk your luggage up or down. Quiet at night. Water was provided which was wonderful. Paris has good water. They are doing something different and intentional there. I hope the level of care continues.
