There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!

The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime.
The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.

Very modern, room was very big and looked more like a small appartment, it had everything we expected and more.

It was our second stay at this hotel and it was great both times. We will definitely be back.
