Really good hotel, good location. Staff are very friendly and professional. Food times are a bit awkward (lunch and evening) but breakfast was excellent. Rooms are a decent size (we had an additional bed as three of us in the room).
I did ask a question through Expedia chat a week or so before we arrived but got no response until three hours after I had already checked in. Even then it was to inform me about parking and its cost (we had already booked parking and had parked) and did not answer my question.
