Clean, calm, well equipped, spacious. Free coffee. All good.
I read comments about noise. It's true that pods aren't sound-proof but people are silent. And anyway it's a hostel, not a hotel, so basically when you have bunk beds in a hostel you know there are going to be people around.
The only thing I don't understand is why you are only supposed to send emails if you have questions whereas there are so many staff members working there all day long. Like, is it forbidden to talk to them ? That's weird.
