Great hotel in old town.
Even though from outside it doesn't look special, the room was really really nice, spacious, clean and modern.
Abdullah assisted us in a very friendly and professional way.
This is for sure on our list in case we're back in Istanbul.

The rooms for us and kids were good though disconnected. Kids room was a bit smaller and had frequent issues with bathroom being locked and AC shutoff automatically. There was no one at reception either but there is a person on whatsapp who would always call and respond. There were no utensils or food services on the site as well.
