Clean room, nice staff. Front desk people are okay. Some very nice and others don’t even say good morning. Pastries and coffee were decent. Parking very tight but manageable. Rooms don’t have refrigerators but beds are comfy and the area isn’t too bad. Overall 7/10

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were clean. we didn’t really need air-conditioning because the rooms are very cool. Also, it’s very safe.

Overall a pleasant stay.
Hotel staff is very helpful.
Beware that there are no ACs in the rooms. You have to request one specificcaly with AC. do not assume that all rooms have one.
Breakfast is only black coffee with croissants and muffins. Just something to keep you going in the morning.
no extra perks. does the job if you want to stay close to union square. The neighbourhood is not safe and you see a lot of homeless people around.
