Joel was an outstanding host—attentive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He guided me during my stay and shared great local recommendations that made my trip even better.

Super close to the centre of Brussels. An easy walk to main attractions and the tram for easy travelling to the train station. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is a good price and in a good location. However, it is impossible to get into contact with the hotel to arrange a late check in as advertised. Tried ringing and emailing directly several times and through Expedia yet never was able to get hold of them.
