The place was a well located and of easy access. They arranged for my husband and daughter airport pickup and even fixed the reservation mistake I made.
The staff was very helpful and made my husband and daughter’s stay a stress free and happy time in Palermo. Grazie mille!!

Right next by the cathedral, but in a quiet street. Close to other attractions too. Shuttle bus to Monreale is very close. There are times that neighbors could talk loudly at night.

Apart from some difficulties with the after hours checking in, everything was excellent.
(Properly working elevator, helpful kitchen staff at breakfast, clean room etc.)
