We were two couples travelling together. It was very comfy and very well located. The second bedroom is not actually a proper room but rather partitioned off. Not a real bother but depends how much you need complete privacy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time to Madrid and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and everything you could ask for was available. The location was a plus, walking distance to all land marks, restaurants and clubs. This place was just about 200 feet from where the Pope gave his historic mass and the set up was beyond amazing. If you need a place to stay, look no further as this is the place to be. We love it.

Hotel has a ton of space and is a wonderful location! Staff is super friendly as well. The beds are not the most comfortable, and could hear everything from the room above us but besides that a great stay!
