The lady who checked us in at the counter was wonderful. She recommended things to do in the area and offered some great insight on how to use our time. I wish all hotel reception staff was as friendly as she was.

Really friendly staff, excellent facilities. It was my first time back in 15 years or so and didn’t regret going back again. Luz is a lovely resort.
