The hotel is very convenient. We took an airport bus (A10) and then walked 5mins. Another option is take Hong Kong Express to Hong Kong station, walk about 5-6mins to Central station, take a MTR towards Kennedy Town and get off at Sai Ying Pun, walk another 5 minutes to the hotel.
This may not be ideal if you have heavy luggage as there are steps.
The staff is very welcoming and efficient.

Great location right next to the MTR station. A comfortable home base for a little vacation/adventure. Staff was all extremely kind and helpful. I felt safe there as a solo-traveler. The signage made it easy to find.
