Clean and well maintained facility. Nice staff.
The app based laundry did not work and could not do the laundry while staying there.

Our room was clean and very inviting. We were surprised to find a fridge, stove, and dishwasher! We also appreciated the small store in the lobby to buy drinks and snacks. It was walkable from the main train station. We really enjoyed staying here and I highly recommend it to others for a nice, affordable place to stay.

Excellent staff, well managed property. The gym was quite adequate, especially with the use of free weights which make it my go-to hotel when visiting Wurzburg

Great immaculately clean and very well maintained hotel/apartments. You can catch a bus or a tram from the location into the city but we chose to walk. I’d say it’s about a 25 minute walk but it’s a nice easy walk through a good area with plenty of places to stop on the way. The staff on reception were great and very friendly and helpful. We’d have no hesitation on stopping again if we visit Heidelberg.
