Stay was nice

The chalet had charm. The one complain I have is that they messed up my reservations. i had booked two rooms and I called to confirm the day off and they told me that i only had one room. I showed them my credit card charges that showed two rooms were charged for. I had to scramble to find another hotel and ended up costing me close to $400 for the night and turned out it was a lousy hotel. It was rated 5 out of 10 but in the rush to get the room i totally missed the ratings.
The Chalet front desk later told me that they found the other room i had booked. Too late since i already had booked another room.

If you're looking for a place to stay, this is the one. Easy check-in and check-out process, friendly staff and rooms are very cozy.

"Super easy check in. Throw back with the real keys but adorable because of it. Room was really clean and the bathroom was spotless.
We slept well and grabbed breakfast to go. Thank you!"
