Location was very good. Close to New Delhi Railway Station. Room size wasn't that small as feared. Got an early check-in. Staff wasn't that friendly. They don't greet you with a smile. Asked for a bill/receipt for my payment which wasn't given. Was told that Expedia will mail it, which I haven't yet received. Breakfast was poor. Who eats Pav Bhaji in the morning?

by God's grace, I've been to many cities to explore but honestly speaking about Gold Regency, it's one of the Top 2 hotels where I've stayed in.
Be it their service (super fast), be it their food quality, their cleanliness, staff behaviour, house-keeping behaviour
each & everything was great
I would say, it was not a stay rather it was an experience
