I had anticipated a more luxurious experience at The St. Regis Hotel; however, the service did not meet the high standards typically associated with the brand. I shared my feedback with the reception team at check-out, and I hope to see improvements in the future for a better overall stay.

The end to end service was fabulous, especially Anup when I lost my phone, he was super helpful. Credit to Nadine lady manager (I think that was your name 😉) great service! Thank you for turning things around and giving us an enjoyable experience. Much appreciated.
