Excellent location on the edge of Old Town. Property modern and as described. Felt secure with 24 hour reception otherwise a room safe would have been a useful addition. Very clean and quiet during our stay. Very good breakfast. All staff very helpful and friendly will definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow.

Absolute fantastic location. Everything is so close including the square which is about 10-15 minutes walk. Very good shop just a few doors up. When we go back I’ll be aiming to stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! Carpet had a few stains, but very clean, especially the bathroom ♡

A little gem with gorgeous rooms, great free breakfast and only a stones throw from Krakow old Town which is wonderful. The reception staff are helpful and gave us an early checkin which was greatly appreciated after a very early morning flight. Highly recommend this great hotel. My only suggestion to some of the dining staff is smile a little more!
