Hotel Serra Grande is well run and the best hotel I have stayed at more than once. And when in Vitoria or Serra, I will always stay at this hotel. Excellent staff, excellent hotel

Parking is good and convenient. Staff and breakfast were fine and the first room they offered me was bad, dirty and the toilet was not functioning well. I had to go downstairs to ask for another room and it was a bit better.
