I give front desk staff, Nic a 5+ star. Very professional and accommodating. Only reason for the 4star is due to bathroom sink water pressure in the evening; extremely low.

Overall it was good. The place was nice. I would say the directions weren’t very clear on the link they send you. The link includes parking and such however it doesn’t exactly give the best directions on where to enter to check in as is it is a residential property that has a few ways to enter it. The pool needed to be cleaned around the edges, you could tell it didn’t have a deep cleaning. I appreciated the fact it was near the highway and easy to access and had a wonderful view of the fireworks during 4th of July and we weren’t aware so it was a good surprise. The windows blocked out the fireworks a decent amount too which was also surprising.

Sentral Union Station is a gem. Location can't be beat — walk to everything, easy train access to the airport. Pool was a great surprise, gym was solid, and the common areas had such a good vibe. Felt way more like a boutique stay than a typical hotel. Already planning to book again next time I'm in Denver.
