The staff is lovely and accommodating. I had booked the only room where pets are allowed though ultimately declined to bring mine. Happy to say there was no evidence a pet had ever stayed there. The room was spotless, tastefully renovated with no sign of wear or tear. While the room is not very large, the bathroom was spacious and the accommodations seemed suitable for a small to mid-sized pet.
The bed was very comfortable, with good pillows and ample blankets if needed and the AC was great.
Situated for walking to all the restaurants and shops along Warren St, there is also a small beach just a few blocks away.
In this room the windows are at street level so for privacy you need to keep the shades closed and rely on electric lighting, which there is plenty and nicely placed. There are no other window treatments to allow daylight in and still have privacy.
There is a large walk-in shower and while the water pressure was great the angle of the wall mount was awkward, so it was best used as a hand held. The other thing I would have liked is a tabletop or cabinet in the bathroom for your toiletries, etc.
Overall it was a lovely stay and I would stay there again.

Nice modern design, decore great location. My main issue was the bed for me wasn't very comfortable and the barn door for the bathroom was quite heavy and required a lot of strength to slide open.
