Wonderful staff. Room was perfectly clean. Somewhat small but that was expected.

Perfect boutique hotel for business travel. This property made me want to stay for an extra day! From the rooftop bar to the brick-lined lobby space, it was perfect for my travel needs. Yes, extra clean. Affordable. Small, intimate rooms. And La Colombe Coffee! Like I said, ideal for quick business travel. (Will stay again.)

The staff at The Hive was incredibly helpful in giving us directions to and from all the events we wanted to attend at the America 250 celebration on the National Mall and other areas in DC. Thank you! We had a wonderful trip!

I loved our room. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here if I ever visit DC again. We had bunk beds, the room was small, but it was perfect...the beds were very comfy. I wasn't happy with the pillow, but I made it work.
