Nice room, good air-condition, unfortunately the hot water in the shower was not working.

Charming hotel in the middle of the walled city made my stay comfortable and walking distance to the major attractions in Cartagena. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only area for improvement is that the Wi-Fi is spotty depending where you are located on the property.
