One hour and a half for the check in due to a problem between Expedia and the hotel. We had to fix the problem by calling ourself the support and then pass the phone to the manager of the hotel. It was unreal, I would have expected a more friendly approach after the help we gave and not to stand for more than an hour in the hall arguing about breakfast and conditions. Maybe the best staff but in this uncommon situation they didn’t show it.

One particular receptionist did a fantastic job of sorting out my reservation. I had tried to check in the previous night, after the reception had closed, but was unable to. Suffice to say that the next morning, she identified the problem and resolved it for me. I can't thank her enough.
