The stay at this place was fine, with a great location right on the beach and only about a 15-minute drive from CTA airport. There were minor issues with insects. Breakfast was simple, consisting mainly of bread, butter, and coffee. Overall, it is value for money and worth considering for a short stay.

The staff work very hard to keep Villagio clean. Adequate breakfast included. Staff are very helpful. The beach location superb. Lidl and eateries 5 mins away. Catania 10 mins, stunning city. Would go back. Yes property could be updated but the location and service made up for this...

Okay, I know everyone says this, but it is RIGHT by the airport and sooo loud. Also, they do play loud music on the beach till 1 am. The beds are HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The pillow is even worse. We had about half a roll of cheap toilet paper which was all used before we even went to sleep. No extra. Office closed. Yuck! The towel bars are propped on the wall, broken.It is soo dirty because it is on the beach. Nice sand beach though. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. The beach is extremely dirty, litter everywhere. This is the definition of a no frills place to sleep. Way overpriced for what it was. The front desk lady is nice and helpful though.
