The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and there was a lovely, calm atmosphere in the restaurant. The hotel is in a convenient area of Shinjuku, only 10 minutes walk from the station. The room was very comfortable

Location of the hotel was excellent, near Shinjuku Station, with a plethora of good food options nearby. The staff were super helpful, and the room had everything we needed. This is an excellent option for anyone planning on getting out and about on the trains of Tokyo as Shinjuku is a main hub!
