Great stay

Overall…the stay was wonderful, the only thing that could have been better was the temperature of the water (which is Solar Powered). That is the only hiccup as we like hot showers and for most of our stay it was lukewarm.
Otherwise GREAT location, easy access, air conditioned, bar and restaurant on the property, pool, fireworks, easy access to Taxis (if you decide not to rent a car), and secure. Clean rooms and having a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove top, pots, plates, and laundry were also a PLUS.
Stayed in the Panoramic Presidential and it was worth every penny!

Breakfast was great, Nahidi the breakfast supervisor was excellent, the pools were great, the bubbles in the rounded small swimming pool beside the main pool does not work but yes in the small rounded swimming pool in front of the reception, the car rental Smart Wheels, gave us an amazing service.
The improvement i would suggest is to make sure the front desk staff should be much more friendly i am an hotel manager in Bonaire and for sure i know how important is the front desk staff attitude,
