this is my second time staying at Grand Hyams. We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel upgraded our family room to the suite and we really enjoyed the extra living room space. AC and temp was always on point for the hot summer days in Quy Nhon. convenient location right at beach front for swimming and enjoying drinks at the beach. staff was always helpful in Vietnamese and English since I am bilingual, I switch back and forth and the staff always knew what I needed.
So glad this hotel is in my hometown and making visits home so much more enjoyable.

The hotel was modern and well maintained. Our room was large and had a wonderful view. It was well located only 100ft from the ocean and the promenade. The pool was fantastic and a large well equipment fitness center. Lastly the breakfast was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement is the coffee.

Our room was amazing. It had a 180-degree view of the ocean and mountains. The room was big for a couple. The package with breakfast and two daily sixty-minute massages was well worth the money. Another must-try is the seafood buffet. The staff was friendly and went out of their way. The location is convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Quy Nhon.
