The building and room is a little tired. However the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were superb and extremely helpful. The food is good and great value. We will stay there again. Thank you Tavern

Room was much better than I expected. It’s been updated recently. Carpet in rooms is still dated.
Unfortunately the bar was closed for renovations so we couldn’t experience the full value of staying over a pub. We were notified ahead of time.
