Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Spacious room and availability of filtered water and ice was appreciated. Great location and convenient for public transportation options.

The AC was not able to keep up with the 100 degree temperature while we were in DC. The rooms smelled musty which made me think that the AC doesn't keep up most of the summer and not just this week.
The employees were good to work with they gave the kids ice pops and were helpful and nice with every interaction.
I thought there was breakfast included, but there was no food onsite. The rooms were nice and large and the linens were all clean.

Excellent location at the border of Georgetown. Easy walk to the waterfront path along the Potomac near the Watergate/Kennedy Center of the arts.
It was a full studio apartment with a living room, dining room table, kitchen, and a separate bedroom with bath. It would be an excellent location if you’re spending more than one day in the area. I was utilizing the DC bike share program and there’s a docking station directly across the street.
