Clean room, good and varied breakfast. It's a nice place if you want to visit Cerveteri, not too far from the sea and near the town and all the historic places around it.

A quick overnight stay prior to flight from FCO Rome . Checkin was smooth . Patio was good to relax in the evening.
Tried a bottle of their wine for €6 and got a great takeout Pizza from Pizza Alla Pala L'Artista in Cerveteri
Missed out on the included “free breakfast” as it was not ready for 8am

Host was so, so kind! But before we met him we felt very meh about the place which was for an overnight before our flight as the property felt more like a motel with outside doors and deadbolts. I can't say the surroundings are charming nor the last bit of drive there. It was fall, perhaps summer is a bit more inviting. Host was super attentive, arrange check-in, few items we needed, breakfast was great with homemade sweets. Overall good memories because of him.
