The location is perfect and close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and top attractions. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
I thought the swimming pool and spa were included with the stay, but they are actually located at Phillip Island Apartments rather than Phillip Island Towers. This was a little disappointing, as it wasn’t clear when booking.

Alice was amazing! She talked me through all the room options over the phone and got us in early. The apartment was enormous and had all the essentials. When a light stopped working, someone was there to fix it within minutes. Amazing location - just a few minutes walk to most of the restaurants and cafes in Cowes. We were spoilt for choice!
The only tiny faults were that the dining chairs were moulting pleather which got on our clothes a bit, and there are no hand towel rails in the bathrooms. But on the whole, would recommend this place in a heartbeat!
