This place was amazing, Manuel at the front door entrance was more than a worker he made me feel like family coming home. Manuel mention places I can visit sight see and eat. He was extremely helpful.
The staff in the dining area were attentive and friendly, the food was amazing one of my favorites part were the lil round blue tortilla with butter and salt. My partner and I got a morocco massages the 2 ladies there were amazing I believe one of their names was Erika. Housekeeping ladies were sweet and nice and had our room clean. The guy at bar (bald guy) I totally forgot his name. He was nice too, he also gave some pointers to checkout and eat. Overall this place is amazing and I can’t wait to come back. Oh and location was the best you are close to everything u can walk everywhere no need for a taxi just walk. Unless you want to go to Zapopan or tlatelpaque u can uber 20 min away.

I will definitely stay here again. This is a hidden gem, the property is sophisticated and at the same time laid back for a nice relaxing stay. The staff are attentive and welcoming. They have included all the details which makes this place among the top picks.
