English speaking staff is super helpful and they are full time staff at the counter so it's excellent for foreign travelers. Their luggage hold is excellent and especially useful if you are traveling through different towns. Travelodge is also available in different towns in Japan which is nice.

Everyone speaks English thank god! Also, I love that they had complimentary coffee until 10pm and a scale to use to weigh my luggage before heading to airport!
