Quiet, large room, close to transport and a short walk to all the great food spots in Pontocho alley and Nishiki Market. Can also walk to Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomisu-Dera. Room had a washing machine but no dryer, there was however a drying rack. Would stay here again. Staff helped us with transferring our luggage and were always helpful.

Efficient check in and the property was in a nice quiet street. The bedroom was a great size with plenty of space for luggage. A large comfortable bed as well. As with most Japan properties we have used the kitchen utensils and work surface were basic but we managed.
