Candlewood Suites Mishawaka North by IHG

Stayed 1 week. The shower didn't work the first night. Maintenance was gone and there were no other rooms available. I was told the manger would contact me; she didn't. I called in the morning again, and maintenance came & fixed it. Day 2, our microwave stopped working. Again, maintenance is gone for the day. Next morning, I check with the front desk and they fired their maintenance for a no all/no show, but he said he would get a microwave to our room; he did. Of the 4 washing machines, only 2 worked. The fire alarm went off around midnight on day three. I will say, the staff was kind and helpful. I would have appreciated for the manager to contact me, but she didn't. So, I'm only speaking of the front desk and cleaning staff; they were great. Also, I borrowed the air fryer several times and that was helpful. The first time I used it, it had food inside it, but the staff apologized and cleaned it. Not the best stay.

Parking was spacious and easy to get too, wasn’t congested at all. Staff was nice upon arrival. Room was clean and pretty spacious.

Helpful staff, clean room, and comfortable beds. Will stay here again, value for my dollar
