Staff were really nice and helpful. They were very good about tending to our needs and had very good restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

1. Front desk staff interactions were just OK, not particularly friendly.
2. The water stopped working in the room, but it was fixed after reporting it.
3. Asked for slippers, but they were never delivered; had to go and ask again in person.
4. Disturbance from loud kitchen activity/maintenance directly above on the 4th floor between 2 AM and 3 AM. (Problem only on the 4th floor, not on lower ones.)
5. Rooftop hotel restaurant pool was under maintenance, but guests were weren't notified and it was closed.
6. Rooms are equipped with Amazon Echo devices, raising significant cybersecurity concerns regarding potential voice and video access.
7. No coffee machine or refrigerator offered in the room, meaning no cold drinks provided either.
