Great hotel! Staff super nice and friendly. Loved the continental breakfast that was included in stay. Fantastic location. Everything you need is in the square outside. Public Water boat (ACTV) was less than 5 minutes walk. Tickets sold at the shop close by to hotel. Supermarket just nearby the gelateria. Walk to train station about 17 minutes. We love hotel for the air conditioning that was also in the lobby. Nice and cool. We will definitely come back and stay here when we come back to Venice.

Highly recommend this timeless abode for any first timers to Venice or world travelers. Thank you to Elias (front desk) & the entire staff for being incredibly helpful & kind! Made us feel welcomed & at home for a few days. Wonderful breakfast & deluxe room was BIG for Italy. Close to water taxi stop & train station. Extremely convenient for seeing all area landmarks/attractions.

We loved staying here. It's a great location on a lively piazza. The breakfast buffet was lovely with a large variety of food and drink items to choose from. The building's history is interesting too.
