Very clean. Roomy. Comfortable. Lots of stairs in Assisi.

The property is in an ideal location, in the middle of everything. The room was very clean and new.
The staff was superb. Every time I texted a question or need, I got an immediate response.
This is good value for the money

Parking off site, but difficult to get car to site for luggage drop off, and nowhere to turn the car around. Otherwise our host was wonderful, checking in before, during and after our stay, and flexible with our early arrival. It would be nice to have a few other kitchen amenities like dish towels, but otherwise a lovely place to stay.
