The hotel is conveniently located near Karon Beach and there are quite a few food options within walking distance. It is also closed to the bus route, with one bus going to the airport (it takes about two hours).
The breakfast buffet is great, with a broad range of food choices, savory and sweet. The swimming pool in our block was great (it opens at 7am and closes at 8pm). It was a shame the gym was under refurbishment and not available.
We experienced a few issues during our stay, but they were all taken care of quickly by the friendly staff.
I would not recommend the spa ans massage services at this hotel. They overcharged us twice relative to the prices they first gave us, and they did a terrible job on my husband’s pedicure.

Good size room, balcony was a little small but totally functional. Staff were friendly throughout, helped with arranging taxis, information etc
Beach was 2 minutes away, no beach views from our room but still great views.
