Nice hotel BUT invoice at check in does not reflect price paid - BIG difference between payment collected and amount on receipt.

The staff here is so so amazing and the hotel is nice and very well located.
It has an upscale feel but also not stuffy and I love that it’s near restaurants and the river spree.
I need to really compliment the staff here though. They are always so friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond. They deserve recognition and made my stay very enjoyable.
I stayed there for 2 weeks and plan on making it my go to when in Berlin.
