Great hotel and specious room. Clean and well kept. Staff are awesome, and everything is within walking distance. Will stay here again anytime.

The hotel is 10-15 minutes away by foot from the Sightseeing spots e.g. night market, Mount Phosi, Museum UXO and the Post Office. Around the Hotel there are Restaurants, massage Salons, small Shops, Spa and fruit sellers. The Hotel staff are amazing and doing a great job. We have booked tours, Tuk Tuk Drivers, train tickets with them.
They helped us to send a parcel with scissors and Swiss Army knife to our next Hotel within Laos to avoid to be confiscated at the Lao Chinese Railway Station.
We really appreciate their Service. Thank you

Check-in not very welcoming; loud Chinese groups; rooms poorly soundproofed; breakfast buffet very small and limited space for all the people; no coffee machine on spot and orders take very long; bus transportation was not confirmed on the first try and then without AC
